So everyone knows about Autism and Asperger’s syndrome, right? It’s a running joke that geeks, especially computer geeks, have symptoms of said syndromes.
What happens when geeks congregate, like in Silicon Valley? They reproduce. And what do you get when two people with faint signs of these syndromes have kids? Serious cases. Check out this amazing article from Wired magazine about it. Creepy stuff, man.
Creepier: reading about the parents and kids with problems and thinking, “whoa, I do that but I’m not that bad… or I’d do that more if Mom didn’t boot my ass out of the house regularly and insist I have a life.”
