PromoGuy’s Monday Mission 3.10
1. What is the most boring project you have ever had to ?
Hm… certain aspects of most of my web contracts are mind-numbingly dull…
2. If you could be anyone or anything you wish, who or what would you want to be? Why?
Hm… I’m terrible at this kind of question. I’d like to be me, but without my student loans and with a bit more stick-to-it-iveness. How’s that?
3. What is one thing you refuse to ever put in your mouth?
I try not to set down absolute rules like that. There are always problems with absolutes. ;-)
4.If you could film a documentary about yourself and have yourself followed for 1 day, what would that day look like? And why?
I don’t think I’d want to be filmed for a documentary for just one day, because I don’t really have representative days! My weekdays are very different from each other and immensely different from my weekends.
That said, I do think it’d be kind of cool to have a documentary done, if only to flatter my ego. It could show me at my various jobs, working to find The One True Job, hanging with my friends, how spiffy my bf is, etc.
5. What is the longest distance you have ever traveled to meet someone for the first time (blind date, blogger meet-up, etc). Was it worth the trip?
Hm! I’m not entirely sure about that, as I’ve driven 30+ minutes for both blogger meetups and blind dates, and I once took a train for a couple hours in England to meet Sarah T.
6. What do people usually assume about you that isn’t true?
Hm… that I’m a total extrovert and very self-assured, probably. I’m not. I’m just really good at accessing the side of me that is when I have to. It’s not acting, per se, it’s just… selective processing, or something. Like having a dual-boot machine that primarily runs Linux but can be booted into Windows to play computer games.
7. What are you craving for lunch today?
Well, I’m currently eating soup and crackers, with a huge mug of diet Coke. I’m not really craving anything besides caffeine at this point. And why am I craving caffeine? Because I’m trying to cut back on my intake (I figured a six-pack of diet Coke a day plus a big cup of coffee in the mornings was probably a bit much, if only because it makes Mom and Dad complain about the rate at which diet Coke vanishes out of the fridge).
