This week’s Friday Five.
1. If you had the chance to meet someone you’ve never met, from the past or present, who would it be?
Hm… hard to say. I’d love to meet one of the following, though: The Earl of Rochester, Oscar Wilde, Edward Gorey, or Steve Buscemi. And I wouldn’t mind meeting Francis Ford Coppola so I could bitch him out about his “Dracula.”
2. If you had to live in a different century, past or future, which would it be?
Probably upper-class 17th century England. They knew how to party and there was some amazing literature and philosophy being created then.
3. If you had to move anywhere else on Earth, where would it be?
England. Hands down. They’re not perfect, but it’s beautiful and not too frickin’ cold all the time. Although Canada tempts me more and more as I learn more about it. :)
4. If you had to be a fictional character, who would it be?
Hm… I would love to be Rufus Drumknott, Lord Vetinari‘s personal secretary. It’d be a chance to really help out in Ankh-Morpork. Plus, Drummy is really, really cool.
5. If you had to live with having someone else’s face as your own for the rest of your life, whose would it be?
Hm… no idea here. Preferably one that matched my body well enough that I wouldn’t have to wear turtlenecks all the time to cover up the line of joining.
