I figured out why I’m so frickin’ tired all the time.
My schedule has me working 8:30 am-6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays (10.5 hour days), 8:30 am – 9:30 pm Tuesdays (13 hour day), 8:30 am – 9:00 pm Thursdays (12.5 hour day), 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Fridays (9 hour day), and 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm Sundays (only 5 hours!). This adds up to 60.5 hours. Plus, I do Aikido Monday/Wednesday/Friday (in theory), which turns all three into 12.5 hour days and brings my grand total to 68 hours a week. It’s worse when I sub, ‘cos then my workday starst at 7:45 instead of 8:30 and I have commute time so I have to leave the house around 7:15 instead of ambling over to my computer at 8:30. Gah.
On top of that, I maintain my websites, try to keep up with email, watch my favorite TV shows, and do my best to have a social life.
Maybe I need to find ways to cut back a little, hey?
