Well, NaNo is finally over.
I have a zillion links I have been meaning to post, but every spare iota of typing time has been going to my novel. Heh. So, here are some links!
- Susanna Clarke Seminar – an awesome collection of essays about the kickass fantasy novel Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell
- Privilege – A lamentation – An absolutely amazing post about societal sexism and how difficult establish a true equality between the genders is going to be. The analogy here is awesome.
- Prisoner of Narnia – A very interesting piece in the New Yorker about C.S. Lewis. Found via Neil Gaiman’s Journal. (My only serious quibble with it is that it botches some of the Tolkien references.)
- “Not so polite” time saving tips — that work. – Blunt and to the point.
- BlogHer 2006 – Conference for women bloggers. I totally want to go!
- Be True To Your Blog – A very interesting piece about why it’s better to have one big blog rather than several blogs about different things. An interesting piece, and one which gives me yet another reason to incorporate my NaNo blog and possibly even my Booklog back into this one.
