Don’t you hate it when people come along on a werewolf hunt and try to cadge silver bullets off you? I mean, really, they should bring their own.
agog \uh-GOG\, adjective: Full of excitement or interest; in eager desire; eager, keen.
The new vampire was all agog to learn how to transform into a bat.
mimetic \mim-ET-ik\, adjective: 1. Apt to imitate; given to mimicry; imitative. 2. Characterized by mimicry; — applied to animals and plants; as, “mimetic species; mimetic organisms.”
I am somewhat mimetic when it comes to writing; if I’ve been reading a lot by one particular author, my writing will begin to echo his or her style.
