acquiesce

\ak-wee-ES\, intransitive verb: To accept or consent passively or without objection — usually used with ‘in’ or ‘to’.

“I’m disinclined to acquiesce to your request,” is quite possibly the funniest line in the film Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.
