That Sound You Just Heard…
Was me SCREAMING LIKE A HORRIFIED CAR ALARM at a recent post on a fic list I’m on. The poster said that “the best fanfiction” always involves the author and a hot character from the show/book/whatever in question.
In short, she said that MarySues are the “best” fic.
It was all I could do to not just unsub on the spot.
I may start writing again in that genre just to keep the list from being deluged with MarySues in response to that post.
